Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of tax (GST is currently 15%). All prices displayed are correct at time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. If this occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Product Descriptions

Even though Soo Studio attempts to provide accurate descriptions of all products available on the website, we are not responsible for any typographical or pictorial errors in this website. If a product purchased is not as described, please contact us immediately, prior to the item being worn.

Promotions & Special Offers

Please note that not all offers / promotions available online at Soo Studio are available in market. Please read the terms and conditions of each promotion to check eligibility (or contact us via soostudionz@gmail.com ). Items that have been heavily discounted, or are the clearance section of the website, may not be available in market at the price advertised on the website.

 

Orders

By placing an order using this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, and price displayed on the website. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive this confirmation email please check your Spam Folder. This confirmation email also acts as a proof of purchase for both warranty issues, and exchange purposes. In the event of a product no longer being available once ordered, Soo Studio will contact the customer within 3 working days and offer an alternative product or a full refund. During peak periods of trade there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. We will do our best to inform customers about this with a message on the website. Soo Studio reserves the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

Warranty

All the Semi-permanent & DIY jewellery we offer a 6-month warranty, covering repairs or defects in craftsmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper use, or wear and tear.
Warranty only effect after your jewellery purchase. Once you purchase our Semi-permanent or DIY jewellery in the market, we will provide you an card with purchase date and number with it.

Please bring the warranty card with you when you visit us.

International Orders

Customers should be aware of their country’s import fees / duties. These fees, should they occur, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Loss or damage to purchases occurring in transit is the responsibility of the courier company. Soo Studio use Courier Post Track & Trace for all domestic orders. This is a legal requirement when distributing jewellery, and not an optional cost. Soo Studio is not responsible for any loss of items that are incorrectly signed for.

The website may contain third party advertisements and links. However, this in no way implies Soo Studio’s endorsement of these advertisements / sites, or any association with their operators.

The customer agrees that their use of this website is at their sole risk.
